NoxCove Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You may use NoxCove only if you are an adult and legally permitted to use intimate wellness devices and related digital services in your jurisdiction. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and Access

Some features may require an account or third-party sign-in method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

3. Connected-Device Features

NoxCove may allow you to pair supported devices, trigger waveforms, run preset patterns, or invite remote interactions. Device responses can vary depending on firmware, connectivity, battery level, hardware condition, environment, and user configuration.

You are solely responsible for how you use connected-device functions. You should stop use immediately if a device behaves unexpectedly or if any use may create safety, health, consent, or legal concerns.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to access, interfere with, reverse engineer, damage, or disrupt the service or connected infrastructure.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
• Use remote-control features without clear authorization and consent from all parties involved.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, unauthorized automation, or abusive traffic.

5. Intellectual Property

The NoxCove service, including software, branding, design, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to NoxCove and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party platforms, app stores, login providers, hosting providers, or device ecosystems. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to the NoxCove Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including features, integrations, or supported hardware. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a warranty is expressly required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoxCove and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoxCove and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk to the service, or if continued access is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated. Your continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to your future use.
